CUSTOM-MADE LINGERIE TIPS, TRICKS, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND THINGS THAT ARE GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Congratulations! You're about to start a magical journey with Pants Magic, where your dreams of custom-made, made-to-measure lingerie come true. To make a piece of beauty that you will keep very close, we are pushing every design to the point where elegance meets comfort.

To make this experience smooth and fabulous, let's agree on a few things:

  1. Measurements: Please provide the following measurements in cm:

    1.Hip circumference. It is measured around the fullest part of your buttocks, keeping measuring tape horizontally and close to body, but not too tight.

     

    2.Waist circumference. It is measured around the narrowest part, usually about 2cm above the belly button.

     

    3.High hip circumference. It is measured 10 cm above the fullest part of your buttocks, keeping measuring tape horizontally and close to body, but not too tight.

     

    4.Thigh circumference. Please take this measure around the fullest part of your thigh.

     

    5.Rise. Please let me know if you prefer low, mid or high rise of your panties?

     

    6.Notes. Anything special you would like me to know?

     

     

Bralette

You can’t measure yourself! You need an assistant!

To take bra measurements you have to wear a bra! Non-padded one, no push-ups, shaping or figure modelling, just a normal and comfortable one, bralette or camisole.

1.Full bust. It is measured across the top of your breasts, under the arms and across the back, keeping measuring tape strictly horizontally and close to the body but not too tight.

 

2.Under bust. It is measured straight under your breasts, keeping measuring tape horizontally as well.

 

3.What bra size do you usually wear? (e.g. 75A, 90DD etc.)

 

4.Height. How tall you are?

 

5.CW - Chest Width. It is measured horizontally, with arms kept down and close to the body, from one armpit to another.

 

6.BC - Breast Centre. The distance between your nipples.

 

7.Notes. Anything special you would like me to know?

 

You can take these measurements yourself or we can have a short video chat to ensure accuracy. We want your lingerie to fit like a dream!

Additional measurements may be required, depending on the model and style we are creating, fabrics that we use and your body shape.

Please note that we use the measurements provided and not responsible for not-good-enough fit if measurements were incorrect.

     2. Photos: Please send us front, back, and side view photos of yourself in your normal posture, wearing leggings or a swimsuit. Make sure the photos are taken from a 2-meter distance with a contrasting background. The camera should be positioned at waist level. This will help us create the perfect fit for you.

     3.Technical Sketch and Fabric: attached to this agreement, you'll find a technical sketch or photo of the garment we'll be creating together. I’ve also included photos of fabrics, trims and other materials that I am going to use in this design. Please note that the colour may appear slightly different from the photos due to lighting and screen variations.

     4. Description and Special Requests: Let us know your specific desires and any special requests you have for your lingerie. We want to make it uniquely yours and bring your vision to life.

     5. Fabric and other materials options: there are three options for the fabric:

    • Provided by Pants Magic – all expenses are included in the price of the garment or listed separately in the invoice.

    • Provided by you – price of the garment is calculated without them.

    • Ordered from a third-party seller.

  1. Price and Timing: The total price for your custom lingerie will be determined based on the design, materials, and labor involved. We will provide you with an invoice, which must be paid in full before your order is shipped. A 50% deposit is required before we begin working on your order. We believe good things are worth the wait, so please allow sufficient time for us to craft your lingerie to perfection. Final price and timing will be stated in the invoice provided.

  2. Shipping or Handling: You can choose between two options for receiving your order:

    • Shipping: We'll send your order to you through the postal service, Australia-wide. Shipping expenses are included in the invoice.

    • Appointment (in Brisbane): We can arrange a pickup or delivery time that works for both of us. Price of the garment is calculated without shipping expenses.

PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY

By making the 50% deposit payment or paying the invoice in full, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement. Please review the following important information regarding payments and our return policy:

  1. Payment: To secure your order and initiate the creation process, a 50% deposit is required. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the invoice in full. Payments can be made via the direct debit as stated in the invoice, or via PayPal.

  2. Deposit Refunds: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, except in the event of any issues caused by our side. If you choose to cancel your order while we are in the process of creating your garment, the deposit will not be refunded. However, we may offer you a credit to be used in our shop as compensation.

  3. Made-to-Measure Garments: Please note that made-to-measure garments are crafted specifically for you, based on the measurements and specifications provided. As a result, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We strive to ensure the highest level of precision and fit, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  4. Lingerie Return/Exchange: Due to hygiene considerations, lingerie pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. We prioritise the health and well-being of our customers and maintain strict quality control standards.
